Are you looking for parenting classes in Federal Way? Amy Johnson of Diligent Joy offers superior parenting classes at affordable prices. There are currently two options for accessing parenting classes led by Amy:
1) Attend parenting classes at the Federal Way Community Center and other locations. (See below for a schedule of upcoming parenting classes in Federal Way.)
2) Contact Amy to present a parenting class or workshop for your group in Federal Way, or in the surrounding Puget Sound area.

Parenting well is vital to the success of our children, our families, and our communities. When we become parents, we are often not prepared with information about how to balance teaching our values in the world our children are growing up in. The pressures on parents, caregivers, children and teens are daunting. Amy uses her extensive and varied experience to create parenting classes that help parents and caregivers:

· Understand how to balance love and limits
· Recognize what is normal and what to be concerned about
· Learn ways to communicate that foster closeness rather than distance
· Be aware of the dangers of overindulging children
· Create support and community to strengthen families
· Encourage tolerance and compassion in our diverse world
